I try my best to build real relationships with users of MicroAcquire which creates a flywheel effect because people are more likely to refer you if you have a personal relationship.
Andrew Gazdecki has been an entrepreneur since an early age. Building companies, and always trying to tell a story beyond what the company does; instead, how it’s changing markets. Andrew loves to talk about all things SaaS, especially growth strategy.
MicroAcquire’s journey
MicroAcquire is only around 12 months old, but has already reached over 40,000 users and over $400,000 ARR, all with a team of just one. 🤯
First users
Andrew’s approach to getting users is centred around the simple act of talking to people. Andrew spoke to buyers, sellers, VCs, investors, accelerators, people on social media, and more.

Also, don't be afraid to share or build in public. That has been a lot of fun.
He first ran a cold outbound email campaign to buyers in the market, and also founders, asking if they’d be willing to sign up, which was enough to tackle the standard chicken/egg problem on new marketplaces.
Next he launched on Product Hunt and got #1 Product of the Day, which led to over 1,000 sign-ups, and it's just been growing from there.
One piece of advice
Andrew main advice to anyone is really to talk to users. Talk to people!
Ask for feedback, ask for intros, ask for help. The better you know your customers and the better your customers know you, the better.
People want to work with companies they like so aspire to be that brand in the space.
